Frequently Asked Questions.

Q 1 How do I receive my photo / my address etc
A1 When pressing the "Buy" button on the photograph you want your billing address is sent to me.
It is dispatched to the billing address as soon as the payment is cleared.

All postage inside the UK, is free and delivered Registered post.
Postage outside UK is added to the cost of the package.

Q2 How is it printed / Your printer or external printed / what paper what ink etc.
A2 The printing side of things is left to Jessops.
All prints are on the highest quality heavy paper, set with a Luster Finnish

Q3 How is it packaged / tube, flat pack etc
A3 Any image 15inches by 10inches or below, is mailed flat pack the packaging is
very strong and very light.
Images above that size, ie: 94inches by 41inches, are placed in tubes,again very strong
and light.
All postage is fully Guaranteed,as are the Photographs

Q4 Do I get the full rez image on CD with the print.
